We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to join our team. The
candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations as per the assigned service tickets and
resolving technical issues related to vending machines. The ideal candidate should hold an ITI
certification in Electrical or a relevant trade, have a keen eye for troubleshooting, and deliver
excellent customer service. The role demands professionalism, punctuality, and a high level of
integrity.

Key Responsibilities
1. Attend client locations as per the assigned service tickets to repair /Install or service
vending machines.
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in electrical and mechanical components.
3. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure machines function smoothly.
4. Maintain clear documentation of the service calls, repair work, and parts replaced.
5. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients during and after the visit.
6. Escalate unresolved issues to the technical supervisor or higher authority.
7. Handle all tools, equipment, and machines with care and responsibility.
8. Follow safety guidelines and company protocols while working on-site.
9. Represent the company positively through clean attire, professional conduct, and
customer-friendly behavior.
10. Provide feedback to the internal team for product improvement based on recurring
service issues.

Requirements
1. ITI certification in Electrician or a relevant technical trade is mandatory.
2. Minimum 1 year of fieldwork experience in machine servicing or a similar domain.
3. Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills.
4. Good communication and customer handling abilities.
5. Ability to travel daily to multiple customer locations within the assigned territory.
6. Punctual, well-groomed, and professional in appearance and attitude.
7. Ability to maintain calm and composure under pressure or in front of dissatisfied
customers.
8. High integrity, ownership of work, and a solution-oriented mindset.
9. Familiarity with handling basic tools and machine components.
10. Willingness to work extended hours if service needs demand.
